Hereby, in accordance with the provisions of Article N*9 and second paragraph of the
Article N*10 of the Securities Market Law and General Standard N*30 of
Your Commission, and duly empowered for this purpose, communicate as an Essential Fact
of AES Andes S.A. (the “Company”, the following:
As reported by Essential Fact dated March 30, 2023, the Board of Directors
of the Company, in a meeting held on the same date, agreed to summon the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders of the Company for April 21, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at the offices
social located in Los Conquistadores N* 1730, 10th floor, Providencia, and Junta
Extraordinary Shareholders to be held immediately following the previous one (the
“Together”).
The Essential Fact dated March 30, 2023 is complemented, in that in the
meeting held on the same date, the Board of Directors of the Company also agreed:
implement technological means that allow participation and voting in the Boards to
distance, within the framework of the provisions of Character Standard N* 435 and the Circular Letter
N? 1141, both from your Commission.

More information on how to participate and vote remotely to the Boards and others
aspects that are appropriate for this purpose, will be communicated in the summons to the Boards and will be
