N? 30 of your Committee, I inform as an Essential Fact of AES Andes S.A. (the “Company” or the
“Company”) that, at the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders held on this date, the shareholders of the
The company adopted, among others, the following agreements:
1. The amendment to the twelfth article of the bylaws, referring to the
administration of the Society, in order to increase the number of members of the
Board of 7 to 9 directors, and
li. The total renewal of the Company’s Board of Directors by virtue of the amendment of the bylaws
indicated above and in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Corporations
