Ref. Communicate Essential Fact – Management Changes
From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph of the
Article 10″ of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and the Character Norm
General N*30 of this Commission, I come to communicate as an Essential Fact of
Administradora General de Fondos Sura S.A. that at a Board meeting dated 15
of March 2023, Mr. Juan Carlos Móller Muzzo, Mr. Alfie Ulloa Urrutia, Mr. Andrés
Nova and Carolina Rossi submitted their resignation from the position of director of the Company, the
which will become effective from 1? April 2023.
As established in the fourth paragraph of Article 32 of Law No. 18,046 on
Corporations, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint as directors of the corporation
Mr. Pablo Sprenger Rochette, Mr. Federico Suarez, Mr. Juan Camilo Osorio and Mrs.
María Fernanda Magariños, who will last in their positions until April 28, 2023,
date on which the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting will be held and the election of
a new Board of Directors.
