REF.: RESOLUTIONS EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING
Dear Sir or Madam,
In accordance with the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph of the
Article 10? of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and finding myself properly
empowered to do so, I hereby communicate to you, as an essential fact,
regarding the Administradora General de Fondos Security S.A. the resolution adopted at the Meeting
Extraordinary Shareholders of October 28, 2022:
1. The Board agreed to the distribution of a dividend totaling $7,000,000,000, which
will be paid from November 4 of the current year, to the holders of shares
registered in the Register of Shareholders at midnight on the 5th? business day prior to such
Payment date.
