REF.: SUMMONS TO EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING
Dear Sir or Madam,
In accordance with the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph of the
Article 10? of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and finding myself properly
empowered to do so, I hereby communicate to you, as an essential fact,
concerning the Administradora General de Fondos Security S.A.:
In session of the Ordinary Board of Directors of the General Administrator of
Fondos Security S.A., held on October 12, 2022, agreed to summon the
Shareholders to Extraordinary Meeting for October 28, 2022 at 9:30 a.m.
The purpose of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting will be to deal with the following matters:
1. Distribution of profits and distribution of dividends, for a total of $ 7,000,000,000.
2. In general, all matters that according to the Law are specific to the Board
Extraordinary
For having committed their attendance at the meeting the two shareholders of
The company agreed not to make a summons for notices.
According to the provisions of the NCG N? 435 and Circular Letter N?
1.141, both of your Committee, the Board agreed that at that Meeting the
shareholder participation, through the technological means that the Company
will enable for this purpose, those who will allow participation, voting and correct
Remote identification of shareholders. These means will be duly informed
in the citation.
We would be grateful if the President of the Commission would take the view of
presented this information and consider compliance with the legal and regulatory standards that
oblige the Administradora General de Fondos Security S.A. to provide it.
