At the Board meeting held on August 10, 2022, it was unanimously agreed by the
Board of Directors, accept the resignation of Mr. Francisco Silva Silva, to the position of Director and President
of the Society. The Board of Directors placed on record its thanks to Mr. Silva for the
excellent services rendered by him to society, for more than 30 years; (11) Then
elected Chairman of the Board of Directors and of the Company, the director Mr. Renato Peñafiel Muñoz; and
