In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045, and Circular No. 660
and General Standard No. 30, both of the Commission for the Financial Market, informed
you as an essential fact that, in session of the Board of Directors of Fund Administrator of
Pensiones ProVida S.A. (“ProVida”) held on September 6, 2022, it was agreed to convene
