Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 9 of the
article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and Securities, we hereby communicate as fact
essential, that the Board of Directors of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos
(the “Manager”) at a board meeting held on May 18, 2023,
a capital decrease was agreed upon, by decreasing the value of each of the shares of
the installments with a value of $934,037,585.
Likewise, it was agreed that the capital decrease would be paid as of December 24, 2008.
