Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of the Securities Market Law, in connection with Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, duly authorized and in representation of Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), administrator of the Fondo de Inversión Activa Financiamiento Estructurado Perú (the “Fund”), I hereby inform you as an essential fact that at the Ordinary Meeting of Contributors of the Fund held on May 16, 2023, it was agreed as follows:
1. The annual account of the Fund presented by the Administrator, regarding the management and administration of the Fund and the corresponding financial statements were approved;
It was agreed to elect René González Rojas, Manuel Oneto Faure and Armando Prado Sutto as members of the Supervisory Committee, and their remuneration was set at 10 Unidades de Fomento per meeting, with a maximum of 6 meetings;
The expense budget for the Oversight Committee of 200 Unidades de Fomento was approved;
4. It was agreed to appoint PKF Chile Auditores Consultores Ltda. as the Fund’s external audit firm;
