From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of article 10%
of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to Article 18 of the Law
N*20.712, being duly empowered as general manager of
Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Administrator), for the
present inform you as an essential fact of Active Investment Fund
Structured Finance Peru (the Fund) the following:
In accordance with the provisions of numeral TWO of Title X of the Internal Regulations
of the Fund, the Administrator was empowered to make reductions in
Capital of this fund without the need for any agreement of an extraordinary meeting
of contributors, for up to 100% of the subscribed and paid contributions of the Fund, or
value of the contributions of the Fund, in order to return to all the Contributors the part
proportional of your investment in the Fund.
Therefore, in the board meeting of its Administrator, held on 24
March 2023, a capital decrease of the Fund was agreed, through the
decrease in the value of the fund’s quota, for the total amount of USD 479,234.25,
corresponding USD 49,376.07 for series |, USD 317,368.21 for series S, USD
50,680.54 for the R series and USD 61,809.43 for the F series.
On the other hand, it was agreed at the same board meeting the distribution of a
provisional dividend in the total amount of USD 153,964.00 charged to profits
of the Fund’s 2023 fiscal year, corresponding to USD 15,863.09 for the series |, USD
101,961.16 for Series S, USD 16,282.18 for Series R and USD 19,857.57 for Series F.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the decrease and dividend indicated is
will carry out from March 30, 2023, in the offices of the Administrator,
located at Avenida El Bosque Norte number 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, de
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to Contributors who are registered in the
Respective registration on the fifth business day prior to the date of payment.
