By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of article 10″ of
the Securities Market Law, in relation to Article 18″ of Law No. 20,712,
duly empowered and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Fondo de Fondos de
Inversión Activa Financiación Structured Peru (the “Fund”), I come in
communicate to you as an essential fact that in the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors
of the Fund held on May 3, 2022, the following was agreed:
1. The annual account of the Fund presented by the Administrator, relating to
the management and administration of the Fund and the related financial statements;
2. It was agreed to elect Mr. René as members of the Supervisory Committee.
González Rojas, Manuel Oneto Faure and Armando Prado Sutto, and set his
remuneration in 10 Development Units per session, with a maximum of 6
Sessions;
3. The expenditure budget for the Supervisory Committee of $50,000 was approved
the United States of America; and
4. It was agreed to appoint PKF Chile as the Fund’s external audit firm
Auditores Consultores Limitada.
