From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 9 of the
article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and Securities, we hereby communicate as fact
essential, that the Board of Directors of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos
(the “Manager”) at a board meeting held on May 18, 2023,
it was resolved to distribute an interim dividend in the total amount of
160,236,305, to be charged against the Fund’s fiscal year 2023 earnings, corresponding to
$156,127,754 for the series A and $4,108,552 for the series R.
In addition, the aforementioned dividend will be paid as of May 24, 2009.
