From our consideration:
I comply with informing you that the directory of Larraín Vial
Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administradora”), agreed to subpoena
Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Active Investment Fund Financing
Structured ll (the “Fund”) to be held on May 16, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., in
Avenida El Bosque Norte 0177, 4th floor, Las Condes commune, Santiago.
In this Assembly, the following matters will be discussed:
1. Approve the annual account of the Fund to be submitted by the Administrator regarding the
management and administration of the Fund and approve the corresponding Financial Statements;
2. To elect the members of the Supervisory Committee and fix their remuneration;
3. Approve the income and expense budget of the Supervisory Committee;
4. Appoint the external audit firm for the Fund;
5. Appoint the independent expert or valuers required to
valuing the Fund’s investments; and
6. Any matter of common interest of the contributors that is not specific to a
Extraordinary Assembly.
RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ASSEMBLY
They will have the right to participate in the Assembly, the contributors who are registered in
the Register of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day preceding the date of their
celebration.

SYSTEM FOR REMOTE PARTICIPATION AND VOTING IN MEETINGS OF CONTRIBUTORS.
Bearing in mind the provisions of General Standard No. 435 and the Circular Letter
No 1.141 both of the Commission for the Financial Market, the gentlemen contributors may
attend and vote in the Assembly by technological means that the Administrator has put to
the latter’s disposition, promoting participation through this channel, without prejudice to the
the possibility of attending in person to the extent that travel and seating capacity restrictions
so permit.
For these purposes, no later than 4:00 p.m. on May 11, 2023, contributors
they must inform the Administrator if they will participate in the Assembly by such means,

Technological means, will be carried out through the online video-conferencing system
called “Microsoft Teams”. To enter this platform the Administrator
provide already registered contributors, by means of an email, with a link
with the corresponding invitation to the Assembly and a secret key. The system will find
open 30 minutes before the beginning of the Assembly, so that each contributor
or his representative proves his identity.
QUALIFICATION OF POWERS
The qualification of powers, in the case of contributors or representatives attending the
Assembly by technological means, will be carried out in advance of the same, of
