REF.: COMMUNICATES AGREEMENTS EXTRAORDINARY ASSEMBLY OF CONTRIBUTORS
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10% of the Market Law
of Securities, in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, being duly authorized,
I hereby inform you as an essential fact of FONDO DE INVERSION ACTIVA
STRUCTURED FINANCING Il (the “Fund”), administered by Larraín Vial Activos
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., which, on November 25, 2022, held the
next Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors, in which the agreements that
are detailed below:
1. The current text of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure was amended as regards:
/i/ The number ONE. “Series” of Title VI “Series, Commissions, Remunerations and Expenses” with
the purpose of modifying the entry requirements to the F Series; and
/11/ The numeral 2.1. of number TWO. “Capital Decreases” of Title X “Increases and
Capital Reductions” by eliminating the phrase “voluntary and partial” in order to
clarify the meaning of the paragraph.
2. Other agreements related to the implementation of the decisions of the
Assembly.
