Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 9 of the
Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on Market and Securities, we communicate as fact
essential, that the Board of Directors of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos
(the “Administrator”) at the Board of Directors’ meeting, held on March 8,
2023, the payment of a capital decrease was agreed, through the decrease in value
fee, for the total amount of $1,246,111,893.
Likewise, the payment of the indicated capital reduction will be made from the
March 14, 2023, at the offices of the Management Company, located in
Avenida El Bosque Norte N” 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry.
