From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 9 of the
Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on Market and Securities, we communicate as fact
essential, that the Board of Directors of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos
(the “Administrator”) at the Board meeting, held on December 7,
2022, the distribution of a provisional dividend for the total amount of
$985,118,930, charged to the Fund’s 2022 profits.
Likewise, the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made from the 14th day of
December 2022, at the offices of the Management Company, located on Avenida
El Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to
18:00 hours, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry at 5 “
business day prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments of which they are
holders as of that date.
