ACTIVE INVESTMENT FUND STRUCTURED FINANCING
REF.: COMMUNICATES AGREEMENTS EXTRAORDINARY ASSEMBLY OF CONTRIBUTORS
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and the second paragraph of article 10? of the Market Law
of Securities, in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, being duly authorized,
I hereby inform you as an essential fact of FONDO DE INVERSION ACTIVA
STRUCTURED FINANCING (the “Fund”), administered by Larraín Vial Activos
Administradora General de Fondos S.A., which, on September 13, 2022, was held the following
Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors, in which the detailed agreements were adopted
Next:
1. The current text of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure was amended as regards:
/i/ Articles 8*, 9%, 14? and 15 of Section IV “Investment Policy of the Resources of the
Fund”, in order to allow the Fund to invest in quotas of other investment funds
National.
/ii/ Articles 58? and 60? of Section XVII “Contribution, Payment of Capital Reductions and
Valuation of Quotas”, for purposes of including the possibility of paying reductions of
Capital in kind.
2. It was approved to incorporate a new Article 64″ in Section XIX “Decrease of Capital and Rights
a Withdrawal of Contributors”, together with the consequent change of numbering. This Article
establishes a mechanism for voluntary capital reductions, by decision of the
Administrator and without the need for any agreement of the Assembly of Contributors, which may
be paid in kind.
3. Other agreements related to the implementation of the decisions of the Assembly were adopted.
