In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and Articles
9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, duly empowered to rectify
the Essential Fact reported to you. On August 31, 2022, which communicates to summon the
next Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Active Investment Fund Financing
Structured.
Thus, by involuntary error, it was indicated that the date of the assembly would be the 13th
of August 2022, should read September 13, 2022.
In everything that has not been rectified, the information communicated in the Fact remains fully valid
