Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 9 of the
Article 10 of Law No. 18.045 on the Market and Securities, and in accordance with the rules
continuous information contained in General Standard No. 30 of this
Entity, we communicate as an essential fact, that the Board of Directors of Larraín Vial Activos
S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”) in board session,
Held on June 15, 2022, the distribution of a dividend was agreed
provisional for the total amount of $ 700,186,935, charged to the profits of the year
2022 of the Fund.
Likewise, the payment of the indicated dividend will be made from June 22
of 2022, at the offices of the Management Company, located on Avenida El Bosque
Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.,
Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day
prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments held by that
date.
