From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article
10% of Law N*18.045, in relation to Article 18″ of Law N*20.712,
being duly empowered to do so, by means of this communication in
The following are essential facts with respect to the Fund:
That in accordance with the provisions of Articles 22″ and 25″ of Law No. 20,720,
in the framework of the Bankruptcy Proceedings for the Reorganization of the Debtor Company
SUAVAL S.A.G.R., brought before the 17″ Civil Court of Santiago, Roll N*1659-2022,
carried out the nomination of titular and alternate Overseer for the same process, in the
which the Fund, duly represented by its Administrator, participated by stating
Your preference for: (i) Daniela Elena Camus Astorquiza as titular overseer; and (ii) Joseph
Ignacio Jamarne Torres as alternate overseer.
It is also noted that the Fund submits, as a creditor, a
Exhibition of 8,910 million pesos with bond certificates issued by the
company SUAVAL S.A.G.R., equivalent to 9% of the fund’s assets. Within this
Amount, 4,980 million are in the quality of overdue debt and the rest
contingents on credits per day.
Finally, it is noted that, at this date, it is not possible to quantify the
economic impact that the situation described could have for the Fund, given the level
collateral of credits. However, the Administrator is monitoring
closely monitor the situation in order to safeguard the interests of the Fund and communicate
timely to the market the corresponding information.
