From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of the Securities Market Law, being duly authorized in my capacity as General Manager of Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Administrator), I hereby inform you as an essential fact of Fondo de Inversión Activa Financiamiento Inmobiliario (the Fund) as follows:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 62 of Section XIX, Capital Decrease of the Fund’s Internal Regulations, the Fund may make voluntary and partial capital decreases, by decision of the Administrator and without the need for any resolution of a Meeting of Contributors, of up to 100% of the subscribed and paid-in shares of the Fund, or of the value of the Fund’s shares, in order to restore to all Contributors the proportional part of their investment in the Fund.
Therefore, at the Board of Directors’ meeting held on May 18, 2023, it was agreed to reduce the Fund’s capital by reducing the Fund’s quota value by the total amount of $937,324,604, corresponding to $836,928,497 for Series A and $100,396,107 for Series B.
I also inform that the payment of the aforementioned reduction will be made as of May 24, 2023, at the offices of the Administrator, located at Avenida El Bosque Norte number 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the fifth business day prior to the payment date.
