ESSENTIAL FACT
ACTIVE INVESTMENT FUND REAL ESTATE FINANCING 1
From our consideration,
Hereby and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 of the Securities Market Law, we hereby communicate as an ESSENTIAL FACT of “Fondo de Inversión Activa Financiamiento Inmobiliario 1” (hereinafter, the “Fund”), the following:
At the Ordinary Meeting of Contributors of the Fund held on May 17, 2023, the following matters, among others, were approved:
1) The Fund’s annual account and financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022;
2) Mr. Manuel Oneto Faure, Mr. René González Rojas and Mr. Felipe Díaz Lorca were elected as members of the Fund’s Oversight Committee for the 2023 fiscal year, establishing their budget, expenses and remuneration; and,
3) PKF was appointed as the external audit firm for fiscal year 2023.
