From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and the second paragraph of article 10* of the
Securities Market Law, in connection with Article 18″ of Law No. 20,712,
duly empowered and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Fondo de Fondos de
Active Investment Real Estate Financing | (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to
You as an essential fact that the Board of Directors of the Administrator, agreed to quote
Ordinary Assembly Contributors of the Fund, to be held on May 17, 2023, at
12:00 hours, in the offices located at Avenida El Bosque Norte 0177, 4th floor, commune of
Las Condes, Santiago, in order to treat the matters proper to his knowledge, this
is: (a) Approve the annual account of the Fund to be presented by the Administrator, relating to the
management and administration of the Fund and approve the corresponding Financial Statements; (b)
Elect the members of the Supervisory Committee and fix their remuneration, if applicable;
(c) Approve the expenditure budget of the Supervisory Committee; (d) Designate the company
of external audit of the Fund, among those registered in the Register that it keeps for this purpose
the Commission for the Financial Market; (e) Appoint the expert or valuers
independent measures required to value the Fund’s investments, if
corresponding; and (f) Any matter of common interest to Contributors other than
typical of an Extraordinary Assembly.
RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN MEETINGS
The Contributors who are registered at the Assembly shall have the right to participate in the Assembly.
in the Registrar of Contributors at midnight of the fifth business day prior to the date of
its celebration.
In accordance with the provisions of General Standard No. 435 and Circular No. 1141,
both dated March 18, 2020 of the Commission for the Financial Market,
allow remote assistance to the Assembly. In accordance with the foregoing, the Board of Directors of the
Administrator agreed and approved the use of technological means and procedures
necessary to prove the identity of persons participating remotely in the

assembly or its power, as the case may be, and its voting, which will be opportunely
communicated in the relevant notices and subpoenas.
QUALIFICATION OF POWERS
The qualification of proxies, if applicable, shall take place on the same day of the Meeting, in the
place where it is to be held and at the time it is to begin.
