From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of article 10%
of the Securities Market Law, being duly empowered as
general manager of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
Administrator), I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Fund of
Active Investment Real Estate Financing | (the Fund) the following:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 62 of Section XIX Decrease in Capital of the
Rules of Procedure of the Fund, the Fund may make voluntary reductions and
partial capital, by decision of the Administrator and without the need for agreement
any of an Assembly of Contributors, for up to 100% of the subscribed quotas and
paid from the Fund, or from the value of the contributions to the Fund, in order to repay all
Contributors the proportional part of their investment in the Fund.
Therefore, in the board meeting of its Administrator, held on 21
December 2022, a capital decrease of the Fund was agreed, through the
decrease in the value of the Fund’s quota by the total amount of $ 1,249,999,999,
corresponding $ 1,116,445,499, for series A and $ 133,554,500 for series B.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the indicated decrease will be made from 27
of December 2022, in the offices of the Administrator, located on Avenida El
Bosque Norte number 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to
18:00 hours, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry to the
Fifth business day prior to the date of payment.
