By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and in the second paragraph of the
Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Market and Securities, duly finding myself
empowered, I hereby inform you as an essential fact of Investment Fund
Activate Real Estate Financing |, that in the directory session of your administrator,
Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, held on 7
December 2022, the distribution of a provisional dividend for the amount
total of $ 404,268,333 charged to the profits of the year 2022 of the Fund,
corresponding to $ 361,085,229 for series A and $ 43,183,104 for series B.
I also inform you that the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as from
December 14, 2022 at the offices of the Management Company, located in
Avenida El Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry.
