From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of article 10%
of the Securities Market Law, and in accordance with the General Rule
N*30, of this Commission, being duly empowered in my capacity as manager
general de Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
Administrator), I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Fund of
Active Investment Real Estate Financing | (the Fund) the following:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 62 of Section XIX Decrease in Capital of the
Rules of Procedure of the Fund, the Fund may make voluntary reductions and
partial capital, by decision of the Administrator and without the need for agreement
any of an Assembly of Contributors, for up to 100% of the subscribed quotas and
paid from the Fund, or from the value of the contributions to the Fund, in order to repay all
Contributors the proportional part of their investment in the Fund.
Therefore, in the board meeting of its Administrator, held on October 19
of 2022, a decrease in the capital of the Fund was agreed, through the reduction of the
value of the Fund fee for the total amount of $ 10,299,999,998, corresponding $
9,200,699,126, for series A and $ 1,099,300,872 for series B.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the indicated decrease will be made from 25
of October 2022, in the offices of the Administrator, located on Avenida El Bosque
Norte número 0177, piso 3, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
