Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second clause of the
Article 10% of the Securities Market Law, and in accordance with the
General Character N”30, of this Entity, being duly authorized, by the
present inform you as an essential fact of Active Investment Fund
Real Estate Financing |, which in board session of its administrator, Larraín
Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, held on 9
September 2022, the distribution of a provisional dividend for the amount
total of $ 521,798,561 charged to the profits of the year 2022 of the Fund,
corresponding to $ 466,139,337 for series A and $ 55,659,224 for series B.
I also inform you that the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as from
September 15, 2022 at the offices of the Management Company, located in
Avenida El Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry.
