Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second clause of the
Article 10% of the Securities Market Law, and in accordance with the
General Character N”30, of this Entity, being duly authorized, by the
present inform you as an essential fact of Active Investment Fund
Real Estate Financing |, which in board session of its administrator, Larraín
Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, held on June 15,
2022, the distribution of a provisional dividend for the total amount of $ was agreed
596,295,657 charged to the Fund’s 2022 profits, corresponding to $
532,765,435 for series A and $ 63,530,222 for series B.
I also inform you that the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as from
June 22, 2022 at the offices of the Management Company, located in
Avenida El Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry.
