From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10* of the
Securities Market Law, in connection with Article 18″ of Law No. 20,712,
duly empowered and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Fondo de Fondos de
Active Investment Real Estate Financing | (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to
You as an essential fact that the Board of Directors of the Administrator, agreed to quote
Ordinary Assembly and Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors, in accordance with

1. Ordinary Assembly of Contributors:
To be held on May 2, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., at Avenida El Bosque Norte 0177,
4th floor, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, in order to treat the matters of its own
knowledge, that is: (a) Approve the annual account of the Fund to be submitted by the
Administrator, relating to the management and administration of the Fund and approving the Statements
Corresponding financials; (b) To elect the members of the Supervisory Committee and to determine their
remuneration, if applicable; (c) To approve the expenditure budget of the
Vigilance; (d) Designate the Fund’s external audit firm, among those
registered in the Register kept for this purpose by the Commission for the Financial Market; (e)
Appoint the independent assessor(s) or valuers required to valorize
the Fund’s investments, if applicable; and (f) Any matter of common interest of
the Contributors that are not typical of an Extraordinary Assembly.
2. Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors:
To be held on May 2, 2022, immediately following the Assembly
Ordinary of Contributors, in Avenida El Bosque Norte 0177, 4th floor, commune of Las Condes,
Santiago, in order to (i) modify the internal regulations of the Fund in the following
(a) the periodicity for the holding of the meetings of the Committee of
Surveillance of the Fund; and (b) the profit-sharing policy; and, (ii) adopt the others
agreements that are necessary to implement the decisions of the Assembly.

RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN MEETINGS
The Contributors who are registered at the Assembly shall have the right to participate in the Assembly.
