Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph
of the Securities Market Law, and in connection with Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, of the Securities Market Law, and in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, of
this Entity, being duly empowered, I hereby inform you of the following
as an essential fact of the Mercado Pago Active Investment Fund, which at a meeting of
of its administrator, Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Activos S.A. Administradora General de
Funds, held on May 10, 2023, it was agreed to the distribution of a
interim dividend in the total amount of $402,637,627 to be charged to income for the year.
2023 of the Fund, corresponding to $140,952,397 for series I and $257,218,489 for series II and $257,218,489 for series III.
4,490,972 for the series A and $4,490,972 for the series E.
I also inform you that the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as from
on May 16, 2023 at the offices of the Management Company, located at
Avenida El Bosque Norte No. 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday from
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry.
on the 5th business day prior to the date of payment, pro rata to the number of installments of which they are
holders as of that date.
