Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second clause of the
article 10 of Law 18,045 of the Securities Market Law, I hereby inform the following
You as an essential fact Active Investment Fund Open Casa Single Family Rental
U.S.A, which in a board session of its administrator, Larrain Vial Activos S.A.
General Administrator of Funds, held on May 24, 2023, agreed
distribution of interim dividends of the Fund to Series A contributors in respect of the
USD 52,153.94, and for Series B contributors USD 39,969.25, with
charge to the Fund’s 2023 profits.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the dividend will be paid from the 30th of
May 2023, at the offices of the Management Company, located at Avenida El
Bosque Norte N° 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
