Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second clause of the
Article 10% of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, I hereby inform
You as an essential fact Active Investment Fund Open Casa Single Family Rental
USA, which in the board session of its administrator, Larraín Vial Activos S.A.
General Administrator of Funds, held on March 24, 2023, agreed the
distribution of interim dividends of the Fund to Series A contributors in respect of the
amount of USD 44,933.21, and for Series B contributors USD 34,414.96, with
charge to the Fund’s 2023 profits.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the dividend will be paid as of the 30th of
March 2023 at the offices of the Management Company, located on Avenida El
Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
hours, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th day
before the date of payment, pro rata to the number of quotas held by them.
