By means of and pursuant to the provisions of Article
18″ of Law N* 20.712, Article 9″ and second paragraph of Article 10% of the Law
N* 18.045, and duly authorized by the Board of Directors of Larrain Vial Activos S.A,
I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Active Investment Fund
Open Casa Single Family Rental USA, which in the directory session of its administrator,
Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, held on 21
December 2022, the distribution of a provisional dividend for the amount
total of USD 63,386.98 charged to the Fund’s 2022 profits,
corresponding to USD 35,908.88 for series A and USD 27,478.10 for series B.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the dividend will be paid as of the 27th of
December 2022 at the offices of the Management Company, located on Avenida El
Bosque Norte N” 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Ref.: Communicates agreement Directory Larraín Vial Activos S.A. General Administrator of
Funds (the “Company”) with respect to the Open Casa Single Family Active Investment Fund
Rental USA (the “Fund”).
Dear Contributor:
I hereby inform you that, in a meeting of the board of directors of the
Company, held on December 21, 2022, agreed to distribute a dividend
provisional amount to USD 63,386.98, charged to the profits of the year 2022 of the
Fund, corresponding USD 35,908.88 for series A with an individual factor of USD
0.0036473196951 per quota and USD 27,478.10 for series B with an individual factor of
USD 0.0036658738511 per fee to those contributors who are registered as such
in the Fund’s Contributors Register on the fifth business day preceding the date from
which will pay the aforementioned dividend, that is, on December 21, 2022.
Likewise, it was agreed that the dividend will be paid in cash from the 27th
of December 2022, by deposit or electronic transfer in the account that the
respective contributor has in Larraín Vial or indicate.
