From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second clause of the
Article 10% of the Securities Market Law, and in accordance with the
General Character N”30, of this Entity, being duly authorized, by the
present inform you as essential fact of the Open Active Investment Fund
Casa Single Family Rental USD, which in directory session of its administrator, Larraín
Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, held on 23
November 2022, the distribution of a provisional dividend for the amount
total of USD 32,305.3 charged to the Fund’s 2022 profits,
corresponding to USD 18,023.32 for series A and USD 14,281.98 for series B.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the dividend will be paid as of the 29th of
November 2022 at the offices of the Management Company, located on Avenida El
Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
hours, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th day
before the date of payment, pro rata to the number of quotas held by them.
