CONTRIBUTORS
From our consideration:
Under Article 9? and in the second paragraph of Article 10? of Law No. 18.045,
in relation to Article 18 of Law No. “20,712, being duly authorized, by the
present inform you as an essential fact of FUND OF ACTIVE INVESTMENT OPEN
CASA SINGLE FAMILY RENTAL U.S.A. (the “Fund”), which as of May 02, 2022
held the Ordinary and Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors, in which they were adopted, among others.
others, the agreements detailed below:
A. Ordinary Assembly of Contributors:
1. The annual account of the Fund for its management and administration and the financial statements of the Fund were approved.
Financiers of the same;
2. It was recorded that there were no Net Benefits Received corresponding to the
fiscal year ended December 31, 2021 likely to be distributed as
dividends, in accordance with the provisions of Article 80 of Law 20,712 on
Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios, approving distribution
relevant dividends;
3. The annual account of the Audit Committee was approved;
4. The members of the Oversight Committee were elected, which was made up of the following members
following persons:
a. Felipe Díaz Lorca;
b. German Honorato Estevez; and
C. Juan Pablo Carreño.
5. It was agreed to establish a remuneration for the members of the Supervisory Committee of 15
Gross Unidades de Fomento for each session attended, with a maximum limit of 5
sessions per year;
6. It was approved to establish a budget for the Audit Committee of the Fund for the financial year
2022 of 200 Development Units;
7. The Fund was designated as the Fund’s external audit firm for the financial year 2022
Grant Thornton Company; and
8. C8A Carrillo was appointed as independent valuation experts.
Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors:
The amendment to the current text of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure was approved as regards the
Title VI “Series, Remunerations, Commissions and Expenses”, as detailed below:
to. The fixed annual remuneration shall be calculated and provisioned daily, and not monthly,
applying only the proportion of the corresponding percentage on the value it has had
daily the assets of each Series of the Value Added Tax Fund (VAT)
included), without considering the balance committed through contracts of pledges of
Subscription of quotas.
b. The expenditure charged by the Fund referred to in Title VI shall be provided for on a daily basis, and shall not be
monthly, in accordance with the monthly budget of expenditure of the Fund prepared by
the Administrator, of the immediately preceding month.
