From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 of the Securities Market and Securities Law, we hereby communicate as an essential fact, that the Board of Directors of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”) in a Board meeting held on May 18, 2023, agreed to distribute interim dividends of the Fund to the Contributors, in the amount of $514,207.625, to be charged against the Fund’s 2022 fiscal year profits to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day prior to the payment date, pro rata to the number of shares of each Series and among those who are holders of shares in each series on that date, corresponding to $69.462,622 for Series A, $63,079,343 for Series B, $164,623,749 for Series C, $44,336,755 for Series D, $27,772,598 for Series E, $80,472,704 for Series G, and $64,459,854 for Series H.
Likewise, the aforementioned dividend will be paid as of May 24, 2023 at the offices of the Management Company located at El Bosque Norte N° 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, or by bank transfer, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day prior to the payment date, pro rata to the number of shares they own on that date.
