From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 9 of the
Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on Market and Securities, we communicate as fact
essential, that the Board of Directors of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. General Administrator of
Funds (the “Administrator”) at the Board meeting, held on January 18,
2023, a distribution of provisional dividends from the Fund to contributors was agreed,
for the amount of $ 810,280,248, charged to the profits of the year 2022 of the
Fund to Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th day
working day prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of installments in each Series and
among those who are holders of quotas in each series at that date, corresponding $
93,168,733 for series A, $90,008,283 for series B, $388,374,428 for series C,
$58,381,045 for Series D, $39,633,836 for Series E, 114,856,476 for Series G
and 25,857,447 for the H series.
Likewise, the dividend indicated will be paid as of January 24,
2023 at the offices of the Management Company located in El Bosque Norte N”
0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or
by bank transfer, to the Contributors who are registered in the
Respective registration on the 5″ business day prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number
of quotas held at that date.
