From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 9 of the
Article 10 of Law No. 18.045 on the Market and Securities, and in accordance with the rules
continuous information contained in General Standard No. 30 of this
Entity, we communicate as an essential fact, that the Board of Directors of Larraín Vial Activos
S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”) in board session,
Held on November 16, 2022, a dividend distribution was agreed
provisional contributions of the Fund to the contributors, in the amount of $ 841,222,267, charged to
the profits of the 2022 fiscal year of the Fund to the Contributors who are
registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day prior to the date of payment, to
pro rata to the number of quotas in each series and among those holding quotas
in each series to that date, corresponding $ 79,154,535 for series A, $ 79,056,168
for series B, $492,840,030 for series C, $49,222,152 for series D, $
38,581,704 for series E, 100,785,542 for series G and 1,582,136 for series H.
Likewise, the dividend indicated will be paid as of November 22
of 2022 in the offices of the Management Company located in El Bosque Norte N”
0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or
by bank transfer, to the Contributors who are registered in the
Respective registration on the 5″ business day prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number
of quotas held at that date.
