From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 9 of the
Article 10 of Law No. 18.045 on the Market and Securities, and in accordance with the rules
continuous information contained in General Standard No. 30 of this
Entity, we communicate as an essential fact, that the Board of Directors of Larraín Vial Activos
S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”) in board session,
Held on August 16, 2022, a dividend distribution was agreed
provisional contributions of the Fund to the contributors, in the amount of $ 524,197,417, charged to
the profits of the 2022 fiscal year of the Fund to the Contributors who are
registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day prior to the date of payment, to
pro rata to the number of quotas in each series and among those holding quotas
in each series to that date, corresponding $ 98,038,274 for series A, $
101,444,942 for series B, $226,421,028 for series C, $54,919,923 for series
D, $43,373,250 for series E and 18,888,700 for series G.
Likewise, the aforementioned dividend will be paid as of August 22,
2022 in the offices of the Management Company located in El Bosque Norte N?
0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or
by bank transfer, to the Contributors who are registered in the
Respective registration on the 5″ business day prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number
of quotas held at that date.
