ACTIVE INVESTMENT FUND – OLX AUTOMOTIVE DEBT

From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10″ of the Law
N*18.045 of the Securities Market, in relation to Article 18″ of Law N*20.712 on
Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”,
being duly empowered, I hereby report to you as a fact
Essential Active Investment Fund – OLX Automotive Debt, (the “Fund”), administered
by Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, dated August 5
of 2022, the extraordinary assembly of contributors of the Fund was held, in which
adopted, inter alia, the following agreements:
a) It was agreed to create two new quotas series F and G of the Fund, which
have the rights and preferences agreed by the contributors to the Fund;
(b) It was agreed to make a change to the procedure for reductions in
capital and an optional procedure for the exchange of the current Series A, B, D and E quotas of the
Fund, for the new series F and G quotas created for this purpose;
Cc) The new text of the Rules of Procedure was agreed, in the sense of adapting it to the
new agreed sets of Fund quotas;
d) It was agreed to deposit the new Rules of Procedure resulting from the
operation described above, in accordance with the procedure defined in the Character Standard
General N*365 of the Commission for the Financial Market (hereinafter the “CMF”);
(e) It was agreed by the unanimity of all the contributors to the Fund that the
modifications agreed at the extraordinary meeting of contributors to the Fund held
On August 5, 2022, they take effect within 2 business days
from the date of deposit of the new text of the Fund’s rules of procedure in the register
public deposit of internal regulations of the CMF.
