Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 of the Securities Market Law, and in connection with Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, being duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an essential fact of Fondo de Inversión Activa Deuda Hipotecaria con Subsidio Habitacional II, that in a meeting of the Board of Directors of its administrator, Larrain Vial Activos S. A. Administradora General de Fondos, held on May 10, 2023, it was agreed to distribute an interim dividend in the total amount of Ch$770,260,077 charged to the profits of the fiscal year 2023, with a charge to the profits of the fiscal year 2023.A. Administradora General de Fondos, held on May 10, 2023, it was agreed to distribute an interim dividend in the total amount of $770,260,077 charged to the Fund’s 2023 fiscal year profits.
Likewise, I hereby inform that the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as of May 16, 2023 at the offices of the Management Company, located at Avenida El Bosque Norte N° 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day prior to the payment date, pro rata to the number of shares they hold on that date.
