By virtue of the provisions of article 9% and the second paragraph of the
Article 10″ of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to Article 18
of Law No. 20,712, being duly authorized, I hereby inform
You as an essential fact of Active Investment Fund Mortgage Debt with
Housing Subsidy ll, which in board session of its administrator, Larraín Vial
Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, held on February 15, 2000
2023, the distribution of a provisional dividend for the total amount of
$864,090,537 charged to the Fund’s 2023 profits.
I also inform you that the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as from
February 21, 2023 at the offices of the Management Company, located in
Avenida El Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry.
