(“BACKGROUND”)
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, by means of this
I communicate as an Essential Fact, with respect to the Fund, the following:
1. At the Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors held on April 10,
2023, the following agreements were adopted:
to. It was approved to modify Section XIX “Decrease of Capital and Right to Withdrawal of
the Contributors” of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure, in order to adjust the text of
Articles 61 and 62 of that Section and to add a new Article 61a thereto
section; and
b. It was approved to adopt such other agreements as may be necessary to give effect to the
Resolved by the Assembly.
