I comply with informing you that the directory of Larraín Vial
Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administradora”), agreed to subpoena
Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Mercado Pago Active Investment Fund (the
“Fund”) to be held on May 17, 2023, at 10:30 a.m., on Avenida El Bosque
Norte 0177, 4th floor, Las Condes commune, Santiago.
In this Assembly, the following matters will be discussed:
1.
Approve the annual account of the Fund to be presented by the Administrator regarding the management
and administration of the Fund and approve the corresponding Financial Statements;
To elect the members of the Supervisory Committee and to fix their remuneration;
Approve the budget of income and expenditure of the Supervisory Committee;
Designate the Fund’s external audit firm;
Appoint the independent assessor(s) or valuers required to valorize
the Fund’s investments; and
Any matter of common interest of the contributors that is not specific to an Assembly
Extraordinary.
RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ASSEMBLY
They will have the right to participate in the Assembly, the contributors who are registered in the
Registration of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date of their
celebration.

SYSTEM OF PARTICIPATION AND REMOTE VOTING IN ASSEMBLY OF
CONTRIBUTORS.
Bearing in mind the provisions of General Standard N? 435 and the Circular Office
N? 1.141 both of the Commission for the Financial Market, the contributing gentlemen may
attend and vote in the Assembly by technological means that the Administrator has put to
disposition of these, promoting participation in this way, without prejudice to the possibility
to attend in person to the extent that the restrictions of transfer and capacity allow it.
For these purposes, no later than 4:00 p.m. on May 16, 2023, contributors
they must inform the Administrator if they will participate in the Assembly by such means,
by sending an email to the activosagfOlarrainvial.com email address,
in which the full name of the contributor or representative who will attend must be informed, in
your case and attach your contact details, i.e. email registered in the
Administrator (required) and mobile number (optional), together with the powers in case
participates through their attorneys, and their identity card or that of their attorneys, of
correspond.
On the other hand, the attendance and voting of the contributors, who participate in the Assembly by
Technological means, will be carried out through the online video-conference system called
“Microsoft Teams.” In order to access this platform, the Administrator will provide the following information
registered contributors, by means of an e-mail, a link with the corresponding
invitation to the Assembly and a secret key. The system will be open 30 minutes before
of the beginning of the Assembly, for the purposes of each contributor or proxy of the latter accrediting
your identity.
QUALIFICATION OF POWERS
The qualification of powers, in the case of contributors or representatives attending the
Assembly by technological means, will be carried out in advance of the same, in accordance with
with the procedures indicated in this notice and the indicated website. On the other hand, in the case of
of the contributors who participate in the Assembly in person, if applicable, the
qualification of powers will be made on the same day of the Assembly, in the place of its celebration
and at the time it should start.
