From our consideration:
Under the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10%
of the Securities Market Law, and in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, of
this Entity, being duly empowered, I hereby inform you of the following
as an essential fact of the Mercado Pago Active Investment Fund, which at a meeting of
board of directors of its administrator, Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de
Funds, held on February 8, 2023, agreed to the distribution of a
Interim dividend in the total amount of Ch$382,081,559 charged to profits
of the Fund’s 2023 fiscal year, corresponding to $144,254,346 for the series | and
$237,827,213 for Series A.
I also inform you that the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as from
February 14, 2023 at the offices of the Management Company, located in
Avenida El Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry.
