From our consideration:
Under the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10%
of the Securities Market Law, and in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, of
this Entity, being duly empowered, I hereby inform you of the following
as an essential fact of the Mercado Pago Active Investment Fund, which at a meeting of
board of directors of its administrator, Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de
Funds, held on December 7, 2022, agreed to the distribution of a
Provisional dividend for the total amount of Ch$323,289,591 charged to the profits of the
2022 fiscal year of the Fund, corresponding to $115,883,195 for the series | and $207,406,396
for series A.
I also inform you that the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as from
December 14, 2022 at the offices of the Management Company, located in
Avenida El Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry.
