Under the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10%
of the Securities Market Law, and in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, of
this Entity, being duly empowered, I hereby inform you of the following
as an essential fact of Fondo de Inversión Activa Mercado Pago, which in session of
board of directors of its administrator, Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de
Funds, held on November 9, 2022, agreed to the distribution of a
Interim dividend for the total amount of Ch$329,828,297 charged to the profits of the
2022 fiscal year of the Fund, corresponding to $120,452,136 for the series | and $209,376,161
for series A.
I also inform you that the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as from
November 15, 2022 at the offices of the Management Company, located in
Avenida El Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry.
