By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and the second paragraph of article 10? of the Market Law
of Securities, in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, being duly authorized,
I hereby inform you as an essential fact of FONDO DE INVERSION ACTIVA
MERCADO PAGO (the “Fund”), which on June 16, 2022 was held the Assembly
Extraordinary Fund Contributors, in which the detailed agreements were adopted, among others.
Next:
1. To approve an amendment to the current text of the Rules of Procedure of the Fund with regard to the
Title X “Capital Increases and Decreases”; and
2. To adopt such other resolutions as may be necessary to implement the decisions of the Assembly.
