Ref: Communicates Summons to Extraordinary Assembly of Investment Fund Contributors

From our consideration:
Under Article 9? and in the second paragraph of Article 10? of the Law
of the Securities Market, in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, finding myself
duly empowered, I hereby inform you as an essential fact of Background
of Inversión Activa Mercado Pago (the “Fund”), agreed to summon an Extraordinary Assembly
of Contributors of the Mercado Pago Active Investment Fund (the “Fund”) to be held on
June 16, 2022 at 09:00 hours, at Avenida El Bosque Norte 0177, 4th floor,
commune of Las Condes, Santiago, in order to deal with the following matters:
1. To approve an amendment to the current text of the Rules of Procedure of the Fund as regards
referred to Title X “Capital Increases and Decreases”; and
2. Adopt such other agreements as may be necessary to implement the decisions of
the Assembly.
RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN MEETINGS
They will have the right to participate in the Assemblies, the Contributors who are registered
in the Registrar of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date of your
celebration.
REMOTE PARTICIPATION AND VOTING SYSTEM IN ASSEMBLIES
OF CONTRIBUTORS.
Bearing in mind the provisions of General Rule No. 435 and the Office
Circular N* 1.141 both of the Commission for the Financial Market, the gentlemen
contributors will be able to attend and vote in the Assemblies by technological means that the
Administrator has made available to them, promoting participation by that

with the corresponding invitation to the Assemblies and a secret password. The system is
