From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second clause of the
Article 10% of the Securities Market Law, and in accordance with the
General Character N”30, of this Entity, being duly authorized, by the
present inform you as essential fact of Active Investment Fund Market
Payment, which in the board session of its administrator, Larraín Vial Activos S.A.
General Fund Administrator, held on May 11, 2022, agreed
the distribution of a provisional dividend in the total amount of $83,567,302 charged
to the Fund’s 2022 profits, corresponding to $35,220,880 for the series
and $48,346,422 for Series A.
I also inform you that the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as from
May 17, 2022 at the offices of the Management Company, located in
Avenida El Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry.
